1/ Set your alarm for the same time every day
2/ Drink a glass of water
3/ Breathe deeply
4/ Move
5/ Watch Begin my Day presentation video
6/ Brainstorm your To-Do list – i.e. write down all the tasks you need to do today
7/ Plan your day – i.e. arrange when you’ll perform each task
1/ This is important because your body produces a number of hormones in preparation for waking – including cortisone and adrenaline.  Your body needs to know what time to start producing them.   If you wake up at the same time every morning you will feel more alert, refreshed and ready to go because these hormones are at their optimal level.
